How to use: Because the feed is so palatable, your chinchilla should readily take to it. However, it’s important to change gradually from one feed to another, so mix some old and new feed together for the first few days. An average chinchilla will eat 25-30g CARE+ per day. Chinchillas appreciate regularity in their feeding times, so try to feed your pet at the same time each day. Fresh drinking water should be given daily and your chinchilla should have unlimited access to fresh hay.
