Description Royal Canin Hepatic

Royal Canin Hepatic is a cat food specially formulated to support your pet's liver function in the event of chronic liver failure, as well as to reduce copper levels in the liver.

This complete diet for cats includes high quality proteins at a moderate level, as well as incorporating sufficient fatty acids that are essential for the care of their liver system and all this is accompanied with highly digestible carbohydrates, so as not to generate any type of feeding disorder.

Highly digestible vegetable proteins allow for lower levels of copper in the diet, which prevents further accumulation of this mineral in liver cells, helping to reduce the signs associated with liver failure.

It also provides a high energy content, allowing the volume of the rations to be reduced, thus reducing the intestinal load.
